[BETA] The BPA AI-Driven process modeling assistant allows creating new process diagram in BPMN documentation based on a textual description of the process

Key Features

• Generates a BPMN process diagram, based on a simple textual description input.
• This is using generative AI raw power, no customer data is used for learning purposes!

Requirements

• HOPEX Aquila SP2
• Access to the MS Azure endpoint https://bpa-ai.saas.mega.com/api/bpmn_ai_creator - the HOPEX server must have an internet access

Documentation

• The AI Assistant is available for BPA profiles in the BPA desktop :

  • as an action in the desktop homepage quick access section

• • as an "add" button in the process inventory list

additional notes: 

• when description is not detailed enough for a diagram to be generated, an error / warning is thrown, asking for a more detailed input
• the input prompt is copied into the created process comment
• imported source .BPMN file is attached to the created process as business document
