• Smart Capability process might not be successful if the business capabilities map and/or the list of applications were too large. Issues could be results of token limitations, process timeout in different stages etc. It has been improved but it still has limits. User may not submit applications portfolio with several hundreds of applications and/or business capabilities.
  For information, a portfolio of 500 applications with a business capability map of 488 business capabilities could be processed in 30 minutes.
